Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, work email address, and the message you write. You may include other details in your message; please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider and servers may log technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps for security and reliability purposes.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data or data from children.

We process contact-form information based on your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Velocify is based in Vietnam and works with teams in Vietnam and elsewhere. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We keep enquiry information only as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting relationship, and then delete or anonymise it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

This website does not use advertising cookies. Any strictly necessary storage is used only to make the site function.
